Evidence-based approach on identifying the issues that are causing weakness or chronic pain that lead to compensation of posture and inability to do activities without limiting factors. Deep tissue and trigger point release are examples are some of the techniques that will be included in the hands-on portion of the treatment. A full health history and interview with the patient will be done to ensure that the proper precautions are taken and to make sure there are no underlying issues that may interfere with treatment.

All new patients will be required to book the Initial Assessment & Treatment as their first treatment to make sure we have enough time to go through all the proper steps:
- Health History Interview and Intake Form Review
- Assessment of Full Posture and Area for Treatment
- Hands-on Treatment on Table
- Review of Homecare exercises and Subsequent Treatment Frequency

If this resembles the type of treatment you are looking for, please book yourself in, or if you need assistance please email me at tanyashearonrmt@gmail.com or text me at 778-989-8843,

I look forward to meeting you!
